Beginnings

RLC-HydroG consolidates the experience of Russell Laird Chown, P.Geo. who began his career in geoscience in Australia in 1986.

Russell moved to Ottawa in 1999 and has worked on environmental consulting, hydrogeological consulting, and hydrogeological assessment services since that time.
